My husband purchased a car here and I was really impressed with the service he received. He had an issue with his bank and they were willing to work with him and help him. I had talk to them twice to help with the paperwork and down payment and even though it was clearly a stressful situation they were calm and friendly to me. I will definitely be keeping an eye on their inventory as I'd like to buy a new to me car soon and we had such a great experience here.

Honest bunch of guys. Bought a 2012 Ford F-150 off of Mike down at Auto Outlet of Tacoma. The experience was great. No pressure, gave me all the information I asked for. The truck started squeaking on the drivers side front rotor/brake the next day. I brought it back, they listened to it, and put all new brakes, rotors, and calipers on, to make sure I was good to go. They weren’t liable but they still did the right thing. I would definitely go back and recommend them to anyone looking for a used vehicle.

Had been to several dealerships on this day. This one by far was the cleanest. The people working here where very courteous. All there cars where clean and ready to sell. Their prices where competitive. This was a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend this dealer.
